- TheScranton School for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Children The Scranton School for Deaf and
Hard-of-Hearing Children, a non-profit, tuition-free school located in
Northeast Pennsylvania, provides a variety of academic and extracurricular
programs to deaf and hard-of-hearing children from birth through the 8th grade.
